Who are you and what can you bring to customers?
Alice: With a background in human rights and sustainability and a drive to create change through communication, I am looking forward to the opportunity I have been given as a project manager at Involve. I am used to leading and contributing to desired outcomes through dialogue with clients.
Karoline: I'm a results-driven person who enjoys creating beautiful and user-friendly websites. As a newly trained web developer, I bring with me knowledge of the latest in web development. As I also have a degree in education and an interest in learning, I have both an educational and technical approach when taking on a challenge.
Web development - what does it mean, Karoline?
This means that I develop products for the web. I'm focused on the front end, which is what the user sees and interacts with in the browser. Very creative if you ask me!
What made you choose Involve?
Alice: I value the genuine values that Involve brings to corporate cultures. Internal awareness and learning are increasingly important in today's society and Involve's approach to creating engaging communication was a contributing factor in my choice. The perspective of involving all employees and working to always improve is something I want to be a part of.
Karoline: When I came into contact with Involve and read that they work with digital learning, which I have an interest in, it felt very right for me. The fact that they are also open for me as a developer to work with different platforms and to try out new solutions, indicates a curiosity and willingness to develop further, which also weighed heavily.
What are you most looking forward to working on?
Karoline: I'm looking forward to working on a variety of client projects, large and small. That variety will give me a good chance to develop in my role as a web developer. I like colour and shape, so I'm also looking forward to working and developing with these creative people and designers.
Alice: I look forward to meeting and working with the customer and together identifying development opportunities and contributing to inclusive learning in my role. Then, like Karoline said, I appreciate the variety in the work - that no two days are the same.
