The Stena Sphere has more than 20,000 employees in different jobs, companies, businesses and countries. Regardless, there is one thing that unites everyone - The White Book. The White Book describes Stena's basic business philosophy and values and provides inspiration and guidelines for how to think and act in different situations.
Together with Stena, Involve has developed the Stena White Book Portal - a digital, responsive learning portal - to make the book's message more accessible and to stimulate discussion and a desire for continuous learning. All content is easily accessible and flexible to use, both for individual training or for workshops and discussions in groups.
The content is largely conveyed by employees. Their stories reflect how values and decentralised business leadership are actually lived out in everyday life at Stena.

The flexible structure gives employees the opportunity to delve into what they need to know more about on their own and gives them insight and knowledge ahead of the Focus Day.
