Since autumn 2017, Involve has an ongoing collaboration with Fastighetsbyrån in several different assignments in order to strengthen Fastighetsbyrån's Employer Brand and increase pride.
The partnership has been built on openness and a shared desire to continue to develop a strong and proud corporate culture, which ultimately helps the Agency to retain and attract the right people.
With great respect for each other's knowledge and perspectives, we have challenged and encouraged each other. In this way, we have managed to chisel out the best solutions for the agency's continued development journey. The EVP was developed in early 2018. It has served as a basis for further work and now permeates the Real Estate Agency's external career site. In 2018, the Real Estate Agency's career paths were also mapped and made visible and launched on an internal career site.
In 2019, a brand new digital Onboarding was developed, consisting of a welcome section, a more practical introduction and a guide for managers. The initiative has, among other things, enabled the Real Estate Agency's central induction days to be shortened from three to two days.
The agency's strong focus on its employees has borne fruit in the form of several awards and nominations. Real Estate Agency was awarded one of the 2020 Career Companies of the Year. They have also been named the Industry's Most Attractive Employer 2019 by both real estate students and young professionals. In addition, they have been nominated for Employer Branding Company of the Year by the Universum Awards 2020.
