In close collaboration with Anticimex, Involve offers a web-based tool for all Branch Managers around the world. The Tool is a rich knowledge hub and a source of inspiration for successful business execution. One important part of the content is the section called "Sharing is Caring". It allows Branch Managers worldwide to share their experiences and knowledge with others. The portal is updated with new content and progress reports by the CEO every month.
With the portal, Anticimex have a communication and learning channel that supports the growth strategy by strengthening a high level of business know-how, strategy execution and fosters a forward leaning and shared culture. The Anticimex Model provides support and psychological safety in the daily work creating a strong sense of "we", regardless of which part of the Anticimex world the Branch Manager operates in.
