Challenge
Scania’s global sales organization plays a central role in delivering the comprehensive Services 360 offering. However, with employees spread across 28 countries and vastly different market conditions, there was no shared knowledge base. The training needed to make complex technical content—related to Euro 5 and Euro 6—accessible and relevant to approximately 4,500 salespeople, regardless of prior knowledge or market.
Solution
Involve developed a global training portal featuring seven e-learning modules. We were responsible for the entire production—concept development, scriptwriting, film production, graphic design, and programming. Complex source material was transformed into educational, user-friendly content that supports understanding and practical application in daily sales work. The portal was integrated into Scania’s LMS and localized into 20 languages.
Result
The training program was launched in 28 countries in 20 languages in September 2024, targeting approximately 4,500 employees. During the first few months, around 1,500 people completed the training, giving it an average rating of 4.7 out of 5. As one participant put it: "The best training Scania has ever produced."
