As a global pharmaceutical company, Sobi bears a significant responsibility to act ethically and with integrity in all situations. Preventing bribery and corruption is a fundamental requirement—not only for employees, but also for partners and suppliers acting on Sobi’s behalf. Sobi needed a training program that clearly communicated the company’s ABAC principles while helping people navigate real-world situations where the boundaries are not always clear.
Involve developed Sobi’s anti-bribery and anti-corruption training program, designed for all employees and selected external partners. Instead of focusing solely on rules, the training uses realistic dilemmas to bring the guidelines to life. Everyday situations—such as business dinners, gifts, or recommending a close relative for a job—are explored to demonstrate how ethical judgment is applied in practice.
The program serves as a practical tool to ensure that everyone representing Sobi understands the company’s ethical standards and reflects on how they are applied in their daily work. It strengthens ethical awareness and fosters a consistent, values-driven culture within the organization and its partner network.
